Fine Dark Chocolate Print Column

(Try to) Read below the article published in Hindustan Times- 9th May, 2010. The scanned image as uploaded here is a little larger than the true copy sizewise. Can someone please read the Dark Chocolate Recipe column for me?? Seems the chocolate melted and spilled all over the column- summers pathetic; Delhi Heat- Traumatic.. Guess a refrigerator brand should have sponsored this article so to prevent the meltdown.. Once again, what chocolate brand has sponsered it? Ah- Bournville; so may be “you don’t read the recipes, they dawn upon you..!!”
