While I was musing over the Deepika’s saree article, I picked up this one. And since the fashion polices have gone late to comment- I take the pleasure of commenting myself on this “look”
- The saree could have some “more” bling at the border
- The drape could have been a fish one so to resemble an evening gown
- The accessories should have been big stone blings- that seem to have gone missing completely.
- Hairdo- certainly flowing tresses instead of this; or else how she did in “krazy kiya Re”.
- A maang teeka would have been better. In this pic, it looks as if her hair has gone grey or may be, thats the “hair make-up”
She could have definitely done a little better- she looks like “pakka gharwali” types here.

I have always been a fan of Raveena even when she was criticized for her choice of dresses (she started to act in films in “medieval period” when everything was supposed to be “oh my God- how shameless..”).
