Ingredients

  • Vanilla Ice- Cream- 3 scoops
  • A packet of Jems & or cherry pieces
  • Chocolate or Strawberry Syrup (try nirula’s)
  • Cream Wafers

To prepare a Single serving Bowl

  • Freeze the Gems pack overnight & crush them lightly while in the packet & sprinkle on the scoop.
  • Drizzle Strawberry, if Fruit flavoured Gems & or cherry pieces used, and chocolate syrup, if the Regular pack used.
  • Stand a few Wafers before serving.
