The feeling is so mutual.. I too have lived completely isolated for many years.. Ever since I have started writing, I have been flooded by people who have loved me for what I am. So contrary to people who end up shying away after coming aware of the not so pleasant things..
They have failed to understand that what has happened can’t be changed.. It’s the present that can be carefully knitted to do a better future. I am doing just the same..
